Our Recruitment Process
Thirty seconds - that's how long a manager at most companies typically spends in reviewing your credentials. At Regent Markets Group, we don't just rely on the information contained in your CV. We use an approach which is designed to identify the best of the best.
How It Works:
- Send us your CV along with a cover letter that describes your career interests. If you meet our basic requirements we'll send you a talent test.
- If you successfully complete the talent test, we'll send you a self assessment instrument.
- Short-listed candidates will then be contacted for an interview (in person or via Skype) and background and reference checks will be performed.
