MARKETING ASSISTANT REPORTING TO THE MARKETING DIRECTOR (Msida - Malta)
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- We are looking for somebody with a love of the financial markets and the internet
- Somebody who can handle offline/online marketing duties, liase with affiliates and organise publicity/shows and B2B dealings.
- Confident enough to be able to talk with anybody from MD's to salesman to the Customer Support co-ordinator to clients
- Somebody with new ideas drive and vision and the ability to push them to fruitation

CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER REPORTING TO THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT CO-ORDINATOR (Msida - Malta)
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- From 12pm - 8.30pm CET
- Responding to Live person chats, telephone calls, clients emails in a prompt and helpful manner
- Recording of all client communications in the CRM system
- Filing of the Company Records in accordance with the company's filing system, scanning of documents and other general office duties
- The ideal candidate would possess language skills preferably in either French, German, Polish, Spanish or Swedish
